The ThetaHealing meditation technique was created by Vianna Stibal in 1995 during her own personal journey back to health. Her original book details her personal healing journey and her connection to the Creator utilizing her meditation technique.

How to Prepare for a session

Stay hydrated

It is important to come to the session hydrated as this will affect the accuracy of muscle testing subconscious beliefs. In order for the muscle testing to be accurate, one must be hydrated.

Be clear of what issues you want to work on

If you want to make the most out of the time you have in your session, it would help to know exactly what issue you would like to work on. Take note of when the condition first took place and get down on your feelings around this issue. If you could figure out the learnings you are currently getting out of this issue, it would rapidly accelerate the pace of your session.

Be open-minded and willing to positively change your life

The session would be very beneficial if you are willing and open-minded. The practitioner would need the client’s permission to perform the healings and one’s willingness to change their life is the key to ThetaHealing®

It would be helpful to have a list of medications or supplements taken along with any cleanses you may be on.
