A 2.5-hour workshop to see it from the outside
Family Constellations help release inherited patterns, restore balance within the family system, and create space for deeper understanding.

A different perspective on something you've been experiencing, and a little more space to understand it.
A clearer view of a pattern — through your own experience and by witnessing others' constellations.
A new perspective on a relationship or situation — and how it may connect to your family system.
The recognition that you're not alone — some patterns we carry are more common than they first appear.
More compassion for yourself and your family — including the people and relationships that may be difficult to understand.
What you'll explore in the workshop
Through your own constellation, and by witnessing others, you'll get to look at a pattern from a different angle.
Three ways to begin
Facilitated by Maisha Chulani. Pick the one that feels most relevant right now.
Mother Father Wound
Sometimes the way we relate to ourselves, our partners, or the people we care about can be connected to what we experienced with our parents. This session creates space to look at those patterns, understand where they may come from, and see them with more compassion.
You'll explore: how your relationship with a parent may still show up in your self-worth, relationships, and the way you respond emotionally today.
The Sibling Effect
Our relationships with siblings can shape how we see ourselves and our place in the family. Comparison, competition, feeling overlooked, being the responsible one, or growing apart can leave patterns that continue into adulthood.
You'll explore: how your experiences with siblings may have shaped the way you see yourself, relate to others, or find your place in relationships.
Reflections of Self
Sometimes what keeps showing up around us can offer a glimpse into what's happening within us. This session invites you to look at the beliefs, expectations, and experiences you carry, and notice how they influence the way you see and respond to the world.
You'll explore: where your inner beliefs may be reflected in your relationships, choices, and everyday experiences.

Register your interestYou don't have to know exactly what's calling you
You don't need a perfect explanation, or to be sure which theme fits, before you register. You might simply know:
"Something keeps repeating."
"I understand it logically, but I can't seem to change it."
"I don't know why I feel this way."
"I want to understand this differently."
That's enough to begin.

Questions
Do I have to pick just one theme?
No. You can join more than one workshop if more than one feels relevant to you.
Can I participate without having my own constellation?
Yes. You can join as a representative — standing in for someone in another participant's constellation — or simply as an observer, witnessing the process without taking an active role.
Is this the same as the 1:1 session?
No — this is the small-group format. If you'd rather work privately, you can book a 1:1 session instead.
Do I need to bring my whole family?
No. You don't need any family members present — other participants may stand in as representatives.
What if I get emotional during the workshop?
That's a normal part of this kind of work. You're always in control — you can pause or step back at any point. Nothing is forced.
Is this suitable for everyone?
For most people, yes — but it isn't a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. If you're in a mental-health crisis or need more intensive support, please prioritize professional or emergency care alongside or instead of this work.
Maybe it starts here
A family relationship can leave an imprint in ways we don't always notice. Choose the workshop that feels most relevant to you, or explore more than one if you feel drawn to different areas.
